2+ years of experience in Services & Field Services
Bachelor's degree in EEED or comparable knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives
Carry out installation and maintenance of GE HealthCare Imaging equipment (CT, Cath Lab, C-ARMs, MRI, PETCT etc.)
Ensure customer satisfaction in the assigned area
Perform onsite life extensions, repairs, and inspections
Supervise construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment
Perform onsite machining and diagnostics
Make Engineering decisions
Resolve issues using established procedures
Collaborate with others to solve issues
Serve as the interface between customer and GE HealthCare
