Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of contact center experience and be fluent in English, with Spanish-speaking skills being preferred. A clear and concise writing style, patience, a friendly and professional demeanor, a continuous learning mindset, and high attention to detail are essential. Functional computer knowledge and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting are required, along with ongoing access to a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet. An Associate degree or higher is preferred.
