Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience, with previous solar customer service or sales experience being highly desired. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to fulfill customer needs promptly and satisfactorily. The ideal candidate embraces change, is flexible, accepts coaching, and possesses a proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for initiating the sales process, building and managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. They will represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert, provide exceptional customer service and support, and offer additional GoodLeap products to customers. Responsibilities include updating systems to document customer interactions, handling issues with diplomacy to ensure customer satisfaction, and escalating issues to management when necessary with clear explanations of customer concerns.
