The role demands a proactive, organized, accurate, flexible, and agile approach to tasks and communications.
The Client Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via online channels, troubleshooting and resolving first-line issues for veterinary professionals and hospitals. This role involves coordinating escalated issues with relevant departments, managing potential call-outs, documenting encountered scenarios, and maintaining accurate client communication records in Hubspot. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with Finance and other departments for reconciliation, generate reports as needed, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
