Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and with Zendesk are considered a plus. The ideal candidate is confident, patient, innovative, solution-oriented, passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
The Customer Support Representative will provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues and ensuring prompt, effective support. They will assist customers and internal teams, troubleshoot complex issues, track support tickets in the CRM, and maintain excellent product knowledge. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey and bring innovative solutions to the role.
