Requirements

Candidates must possess native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-functioning quality organization within the contact center industry is required, along with a total of 2 years of work experience in the contact center industry. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is necessary, and experience with QA tools such as Playvox, MaestroQA, Scorebuddy, Nice, or Verint is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as are excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptability to changing work schedules is also a requirement. Working knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, COPC, and TQM methodologies is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Quality Analyst will support operations by enhancing the quality of service through independent and objective transaction monitoring. This role involves monitoring and auditing agents' calls, emails, and back-office work to ensure adherence to customer experience expectations and client quality guidelines. Responsibilities include identifying performance issues, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of generated data, conducting quality data scrubbing, performing root cause analysis to identify risks and areas for improvement, and calibrating with internal and external auditors. The analyst will also provide actionable recommendations to operations based on QC audit data analysis and reporting.
