Responsibilities

The Analyst, Configuration & QA will complete standard configuration tasks according to established procedures and client plan design, while adhering to configuration QA processes to ensure defect-free client launches and high-quality standards. They will demonstrate proficient knowledge of core business systems, research and resolve system issues, and execute pre-defined audits to ensure accurate transaction processing. Responsibilities also include generating routine and ad hoc reports, participating in team meetings, supporting cross-functional leads, identifying workflow inefficiencies, sharing enhancement ideas, and contributing to new hire onboarding. The role involves learning and applying tools such as Jira, Looker, and BigQuery.
