Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Analyst will maintain the Quality program, ensuring data consistency across various systems and identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements through automation. They will generate and present QA reports and insights to leadership, contribute to the strategy and roadmap for the Quality program, and develop strategies for continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with Commercial, Enablement, and Finance teams to implement policies, support the Commercial team in adhering to procedures and achieving KPIs, and gather feedback to ensure appropriate process monitoring and measurement.
