Hyperscale Data Center Estimator
E2 OpticsFull Time
Senior (5 to 8 years)
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience managing QA/QC for mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex commercial developments. Deep technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and quality standards across all major trades is required, along with proficiency in interpreting design documents, specifications, and submittals. Experience developing and implementing quality management systems at a program or portfolio scale is necessary, as is the ability to communicate effectively with executives, contractors, and site teams, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations. Proactive identification of potential quality issues before they impact cost or schedule, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments while driving accountability across multiple stakeholders are also essential.
The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Site Level Lead will develop and maintain the QA/QC program at the site level for hyperscale data center construction, including standards, checklists, and acceptance protocols. They will review and approve contractor QA/QC plans, oversee site inspections for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scope, and verify installation quality against design drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements. Responsibilities include tracking and closing punch list items, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions, partnering with commissioning teams to ensure QA/QC documentation supports system readiness, and maintaining real-time quality tracking and reporting dashboards. The role also involves providing training and guidance to site teams on quality expectations, inspection processes, and documentation standards, and driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future project standards.
