The Customer Success Representative will assist existing customers in obtaining faster, fairer loans through a personalized, multi-channel experience. This involves managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to email inquiries and live chats, and guiding customers through their loan journey. The role also includes meeting sales targets, maintaining a positive team culture, and accurately updating the CRM platform.
