The Senior Software Engineer will architect and develop mission-critical features for a new loyalty and marketing platform using C# (.NET), React, and SQL Server. They will design and build scalable services for email marketing campaigns, customer rewards, and promotional offers. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to scope, design, and develop customer-facing features, and developing API integrations with third-party marketing and communication platforms. The engineer will also mentor and coach other engineers, contribute to core architectural decisions, and positively influence team culture, processes, and practices.
