The Customer Success Partner is a senior commercial role serving as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies. This role focuses on revenue generation through managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ensuring the health of existing subscriptions. Key responsibilities include conducting business reviews, managing renewals, driving upsells, and cultivating strong client relationships.
