Responsibilities

The Customer Success Partner will serve as the primary relationship manager for Strategic Accounts, focusing on revenue generation through managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ensuring subscription health. Key duties include conducting business reviews, managing renewals, driving upsells, and cultivating strong client relationships. Responsibilities also involve representing the company's vision and value proposition, promoting offerings through customer and influencer engagement, and developing compelling presentations and thought leadership content. The role requires collaboration with marketing on campaigns and content strategies, gathering customer feedback for product development, monitoring market trends and competitive landscapes, and attending industry events. Additionally, the partner will provide strategic guidance for go-to-market enablement and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry dynamics.
