Responsibilities

Advocate for public sector needs in product development, emphasizing accessibility, explainability, and ethical AI principles
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with government stakeholders, including digital transformation leads and procurement teams
Create playbooks for secure AI adoption across use cases like citizen services, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
Monitor KPIs, including user adoption rates, cost savings, and citizen satisfaction metrics
Deliver executive-level reporting aligned with public sector accountability requirements
