Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean are required. Previous experience in a fast growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred. Payroll experience is essential. The ideal candidate should be a relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partner successes. They should be quantitatively inclined, data savvy, and able to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations. A reliable, motivated self-starter with a strong analytical foundation and a track record of achievement is necessary. Curiosity and a desire to make an impact are also important traits.

Additionally, the manager will collaborate with product and operations teams to drive high-impact improvements.
