The Customer Success Manager will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand BitGo's products and services. They will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities also include providing L1 support to address customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary, and gathering customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
