The Customer Success Manager will facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for customers and build strong relationships to ensure their long-term success. They will measure and communicate the impact of Rilla's solutions using product analytics and financial metrics, drive account growth through effective storytelling, and coordinate with Account Managers to pursue upsell opportunities for enterprise customers.
Speech analytics for outside sales teams
