We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic projects and develop a new area of our product. You’ll build product experiences that people love and are passionate about improving healthcare.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, delivering high-impact products throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience working with engineering, design, and data science teams developing software products and technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data and experience defining and measuring product metrics.
  • User Empathy: Deep empathy for end-users, prioritizing their needs in product development.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of internet and mobile product technical foundations, enabling effective collaboration with engineering.
  • Product Sense: Strong point of view on what makes products great, informed by research, product sense, and business understanding.
  • Communication: Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Collaboration: Excel with collaborative projects involving all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for existing and new products and features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, data science, client success, general management, sales, and other partners to prioritize features and ship products.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage products from idea to launch and beyond, including design, specification, metrics definition, development, and launch.
  • User Research: Understand user/client needs using both quantitative and qualitative tactics.
  • Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with go-to-market teams to design and prioritize solutions addressing member problems, increasing healthcare access, and reducing costs.

Salary Ranges (Zone-Based):

  • Zone A: $128,130 - $180,990 + equity + benefits
  • Zone B: $140,943 - $199,089 + equity + benefits
  • Zone C: $153,756 - $217,188 + equity + benefits
  • Zone D: $166,569 - $235,287 + equity + benefits

Note: Starting base salary will vary based on candidate qualifications and zone.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance.
  • Ability to remain seated for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • No heavy lifting (occasional exertion of about 20 lbs may be required).
