First experience in the digital sector (experience in a SaaS company is a plus)
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to manage both strategic discussions and operational exchanges autonomously
Adaptability and ability to prioritize in a constantly evolving environment
Good organization, rigor, and ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent English. Able to work entirely in English: both written and during client meetings. Switching from English to French should not be a problem (a 3rd language is a plus)
Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of your client portfolio’s solutions, from defining a long-term strategy to configuration and implementation, including training your brand contacts
Manage your client portfolio daily and assist them with all their issues (follow-up meetings, email exchanges, strategic meetings…)
Track and analyze the results and performance of your brand communities based on the strategic objectives defined at the start of the project with the client
Ensure a consultative approach and value the expertise of Skeepers
Be the relay between your clients and the various internal teams (technical, product, community management, sales…)
Continuously train and master the product to be a driver of its evolution and an expert of the solution for your clients
