Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS Sales, demonstrating a proven track record of managing and growing enterprise relationships. Prior experience supporting or working with energy, utilities, telecom, or renewable energy customers is highly preferred, along with experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive adoption and usage of the DroneDeploy platform across your account portfolio, ensuring rapid onboarding, measurable outcomes, and time to value for customers. You’ll collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities, analyze usage trends to identify champions and risk signals, act as a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle, build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, and co-create success plans. Additionally, you will support resolution of technical issues, forecast renewals and expansion accurately, and be the customer’s voice internally, channeling feedback to product and engineering teams.
