Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant work experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential, along with extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365 and SharePoint). A Bachelor's degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline and experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, or customer service are desired.

Responsibilities

The Solar Programs Project Manager II will apply and convey complex program processes, policies, and expectations to stakeholders. Responsibilities include evaluating customer complaints, working with consumers to facilitate complaint resolution, and escalating issues as needed. The role involves investigating alleged program violations, making recommendations for disciplinary action, and drafting related correspondence. The project manager will also manage special projects related to consumer protection, follow SOPs for complaint resolution and disciplinary action, document statistics, and contribute to reporting. Additionally, they will develop educational materials and contribute to workshops on consumer protection topics, manage multiple projects from design to conclusion, communicate project progress to management and clients, and adjust workload according to program priorities.
