Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for employers using 12twenty, building strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their hiring goals.
  • Own client retention and minimize churn by helping employers realize the value of 12twenty’s platform and how it meets their recruiting and hiring needs.
  • Proactively identify and manage expansion opportunities within existing employer accounts and collaborate with 12twenty’s Partnerships team on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and facilitate virtual and in-person account reviews, training sessions, webinars, demos, and other strategic engagements tailored to employer users.
  • Educate employer customers on best practices for maximizing their recruiting success through 12twenty’s tools and technology.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the employer success function, share findings with leadership, and implement changes to improve efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in customer success, account management, sales, and/or project management.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and demonstrated ability to grow accounts.
  • Strong cross-functional skills, including the ability to motivate and influence internal team members to meet business objectives (e.g., implementation, product, sales, engineering, support).
  • Ability to think on your feet and quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Confidence in making decisions and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce.
  • SaaS, Higher Education, and/or Recruiting experience.
  • Solution Selling Experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary; $100,000 - $105,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings).
  • Equity: US employees are eligible for equity.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
