Requirements

Responsibilities

The Employer Account Executive is responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, with a primary focus on enterprise employers. This includes proactively identifying and cultivating leads through outbound efforts, networking, events, and partnerships. The role involves consulting with employer stakeholders to understand their needs and align solutions with business objectives. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams is expected to tailor messaging, share feedback, and refine product-market fit. Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools is a key duty. Additionally, the individual will contribute to defining the sales motion, pricing strategy, objection handling, and customer segmentation.
