Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for customers deploying Notion across their company to solve problems with collaboration, async work, knowledge base, and project management
  • Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert by hosting training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate customers and dig deep into new use cases of Notion
  • Help build the foundations of Customer Success at Notion as an early team member by defining our motion
  • Meaningfully shape future product development by engaging with customers to gain insights and working with product teams to inform next steps
