Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS, with experience owning end-to-end post-sales experience and success for Developer Tools, Infrastructure, and/or Open Source products. They should have experience managing Enterprise accounts and maintaining relationships with developers to C-suite level, demonstrating a strong collaboration mindset and capabilities, and being comfortable with asynchronous remote work. Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment pipeline, and the SDLC process is required, along with the ability to manage accounts with varying requirements.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, serving as a trusted product advisor by aligning Vercel solutions with their business strategy and driving incremental value through training and adoption of Vercel’s best practices. They will continuously deliver positive business outcomes by guiding customers through their journey, ensuring retention and growth, and facilitating Executive Business Reviews with economic decision makers.
