The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage relationships with approximately 20 enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and growth with Sourcegraph. Responsibilities include driving product adoption, usage, and renewals, developing account success plans, providing technical guidance, and identifying expansion opportunities. The CSM will also act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams and collaborating with Solutions Engineering and sales teams to ensure customer success and subscription growth.
