Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with proven experience as a Customer Success Manager for international clients, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing. A strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools, along with digital marketing principles, is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills are required, as is the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients using HubSpot, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives to tailor solutions. Responsibilities include guiding clients through onboarding and implementation, providing ongoing support and training, identifying optimization opportunities, and monitoring client success metrics. The role also involves identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, communicating progress and feedback, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
