Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company. Supply Chain industry experience is preferred, along with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities. Demonstrated flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing, fast-paced company is essential, as is a strong drive for efficiency and quality-focused problem resolution. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
The Customer Success Manager will own the overall relationship with assigned customers, focusing on increasing adoption, driving usage, and ensuring retention and satisfaction. They will establish trusted advisor relationships, develop customers for advocacy, and work with customers to achieve their critical goals and KPIs. Responsibilities include facilitating quarterly Executive Business Reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, advocating for customer needs cross-departmentally, managing account escalations, and connecting internally on priorities.
