The Customer Success Manager will guide customers through the order process, serving as their main advocate and point of contact throughout procurement, assembly, and handoff, proactively communicating any delays. They will maintain detailed communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, partner across internal teams and external stakeholders to understand needs and deliver objectives, and work cross functionally to resolve post-order issues promptly.
