Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within a SaaS or e-commerce environment. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management are essential, along with experience utilizing Salesforce and Looker.
The Field Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their business goals, and helping them achieve those goals through the effective use of Auctane products and services. They will proactively identify opportunities to improve customer efficiency and potential for monetization, conduct regular account reviews, and perform in-person visits to customer shipping locations 3-4 days per week. This role also involves traveling to Auctane’s home office or other training locations within the US 2-4 times per year, researching customer accounts for efficiency and monetization opportunities, and utilizing Salesforce, Looker, and other management tools to drive retention and revenue growth.
