Customer Success Engineer - Field Engineering

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role, along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, or physics, and must be a U.S. Person. Experience working on complex technical challenges within the defense or public sector is preferred.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will become a trusted technical advisor and own the technical relationship with customers, leading technical activities from deployment to user training and support. You will collaborate with Rescale Solutions Architect to plan and execute successful deployments, onboard new customer workflows, gain deep knowledge of customer workflows and HPC environments, and articulate Rescale solutions at conferences and webinars. Additionally, you will work with customers to define and execute their digital transformation strategy, migrate workloads to the cloud, and provide feedback to Product Management to continuously improve the ScaleX platform.
