Requirements

Candidates must possess a Security Clearance, and a strong understanding of public sector environments and customer needs is essential. Experience in technical pre-sales and post-sales, particularly within the enterprise space, is highly desirable, along with the ability to develop deep customer understanding and translate business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions, working closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with stakeholders. You will build customer Proof of Concepts, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, take ownership of the customer narrative, and provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement within the platform, cultivate technical champions, and facilitate customer evaluations and PoC’s, while also leading the technical talk track on customer calls and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
