The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organization. They must have experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers with technical, mission-critical products like conversational AI, and possess commercial experience to own renewals and expansions, driving towards best-in-class Net Revenue Retention (NRR) results. A strong builder mindset, relentless focus on customer excellence, and scalable product solutions are essential. Exceptional communication skills for establishing and nurturing relationships across all organizational levels, including complex stakeholder environments, are required. The candidate must also be a strong analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and be fluent in both German and English.
This role involves partnering with the Customer Success team to develop a scalable CS playbook and framework for the DACH region. The Customer Success Manager will build, maintain, and own strong relationships with 40-50 enterprise clients in the DACH region. Key responsibilities include playing a key role in onboarding new clients, driving long-term adoption of multiple products, and monitoring customer usage and adoption to identify areas for improvement or revenue expansion. The role also entails owning account expansion and renewal, driving NRR, and contributing to Customer Success OKR goals.
