Candidates should have 0-1 year of relevant work experience and be currently enrolled full-time at a university. They must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with Salesforce, Excel, ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine is a plus.
The Customer Success Associate will support customers by provisioning and updating user access, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery of credentials and onboarding materials, and generating custom usage reports for high-value accounts. They will also set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations, act as a point of contact for partner onboarding questions, and coordinate internal alignment for bid requests. Additionally, they will support Customer Success and Sales teams with general administrative and operational tasks.
