Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to shift priorities quickly. A process-minded approach, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, bias toward action, and a love for customers are highly valued. Familiarity with energy markets is a plus.
The Customer Success Associate will manage the entire customer onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring customers can perform successfully and earn money. They will act as the primary point of contact, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Energy Markets teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include scheduling and leading meetings, communicating onboarding status, providing ongoing account support, reducing customer time-to-market, eliminating internal seams for efficient workflows, maintaining and growing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team with account-related inquiries.
