The ideal candidate will manage multiple communication channels (email, chat, phone) and have excellent writing skills, with a genuine interest in creating visually appealing work documents like presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests via Zendesk, identifying, researching, and communicating appropriate resolution options promptly.
  • Create reusable responses and author customer-facing FAQs.
  • Inform customers about available services and assess their needs.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Beautiful.ai's product and best practices.
  • Report, escalate, and resolve day-to-day operational problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor various communication streams across all channels, including email, live chat, and online ticket portal submissions.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space.
    • 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
    • 1+ years of experience with Stripe and Jira (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to empathize with customers.
    • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues, including replication and documentation for escalation.
    • Skill in explaining complex issues in simple terms.
    • Strong team player, capable of following and leading as situations dictate.
