This role involves leading and developing a team of Strategic Account Managers and Partner Account Managers, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative environment. The Director will own and exceed revenue and retention targets for agency partners, identify growth opportunities, and ensure accurate CRM reporting. Responsibilities also include deepening relationships with top agencies, collaborating on enablement programs, segmenting the partner portfolio, and providing partner feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
