The Customer Solutions Engineer will support customers through diverse channels including tickets, email, and video, managing a range of issues from simple queries to intricate technical dilemmas. They will build and deepen their technical expertise across all facets of dbt Cloud, take ownership of customer challenges from initial troubleshooting to resolution, enhance documentation, and proactively seek out professional development opportunities to contribute to the team and users. Additionally, the role involves learning dbt Core and dbt Cloud and building technical expertise broadly across all areas of the product.
