Position Overview

As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be the central point of contact between our clients, the Commercial Team, and Operations. You will significantly shape the implementation of individual customer solutions, contribute creative ideas, and ensure our services not only function but also delight. Your goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and build sustainable partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding technical questions, escalations, and quality meetings.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for our internal teams.
  • Moderate meetings, present solutions, and manage projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to questioning and improving processes, always with the customer in mind.
  • Utilize modern technologies, including AI-powered tools and prompting techniques, to develop data-driven solutions and optimize operational processes.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a comparable field. Enthusiastic career changers with relevant expertise are also welcome.
  • Clear, confident, and peer-level communication skills with colleagues and clients, whether in teams or at management level.
  • Understanding of technical processes from start to finish, with the ability to explain complex topics comprehensibly.
  • Previous experience with Artificial Intelligence or Prompt Engineering is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and an interest in modern digital tools.
  • Ability to maintain an overview of multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.
  • Quick learner, curious, and eager to familiarize yourself with new tools and processes.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
  • Passion for consumer goods, technology, and innovation.
