Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in technology consulting, with a strong focus on enterprise solutions and strategic account management. Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, technical design, and presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences is essential. Experience with Hospitality Solutions or related industry knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Principal Product Technology Consultant will lead the development of a strong customer fact base, identify potential solutions to customer needs, collaborate with Solutions Engineers on solution design, participate in sales opportunities, and architect solutions to drive revenue, reduce costs, and shorten product time to market. They will engage with customers throughout the entire engagement cycle, from prospecting to implementation, and oversee the technical aspects of solution proposals. Additionally, the role involves understanding the full functional and technical stack of Hospitality Solutions and staying current with industry trends to shape engineering and product priorities.
