Requirements
- Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience.
- Passion: Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Certifications: Holds active Workday Integration and Extend Certification (Workday Studio strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role using SOA tools.
- Web Service Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.).
- Education: B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other engineering discipline preferred.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Detail Orientation: Strong detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
- Excel Skills: Outstanding Excel skills.
- Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and operate in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for various customer contracts, potentially including staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns to project management.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
- Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and an understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
- Mentor other consultants by actively sharing product knowledge.
- Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test, and deploy integration solutions.
