Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a strong focus on data architecture and integration. Demonstrated experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, DBT, Tableau, and Looker is essential. Strong understanding of API frameworks and integration methodologies is required.
As a Customer Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for integrating Atlan into the customer’s technology stack, focusing on onboarding, driving Atlan adoption through value streams, and leveraging active metadata to automate and innovate. This includes working closely with Customer Success Managers and customer data teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, specifically integrating Atlan with various data platforms and tools, and supporting customers through the entire customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, and innovation.
