Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Technical Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring their success, retention, and expansion by providing technical guidance and best practices for the Confluent product suite. This role involves partnering with internal teams to accelerate customer time to value, maximize product consumption, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing technical objections, proactively supporting customers through technical lifecycle activities like architecture planning and security design, guiding customers on data streaming maturity, conducting customer reviews, documenting and transferring knowledge, influencing product roadmaps, and assisting with customer issues alongside support and engineering teams.
