Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a post-sales role such as a technical account manager or CSE, or as a data practitioner. A solid technical background with a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency is required. High comfort presenting to various stakeholders or audiences is also necessary.
The Customer Solutions Architect will manage a portfolio of customers, monitor account health, product adoption, and utilization to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks. They will improve customer loyalty and retention by building strong relationships with technical stakeholders and understanding their analytics needs. The role involves educating customers on dbt Cloud products and features, collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects, and acting as the voice of the customer in product discussions. Additionally, the architect will participate in improving team processes and assets, and create external-facing content through live events, blog posts, or tutorials.
