The Senior Practice Manager will spearhead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts, engaging C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps. Responsibilities include owning the professional services lifecycle, leading teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving bookings and utilization targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, propose, and sell services, developing Statements of Work (SOWs), driving deal reviews, and managing project outcomes and financials.
