Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalency, along with a minimum of two years of prior Customer Service or Call Center experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, is required, as is previous experience managing, coaching, and training others. Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, a sharp memory and accuracy, and superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor will be responsible for the daily management of staff activities to achieve same-day processing of all received rebate applications and first call resolution for customer service calls. They will monitor and assess customer service calls, providing staff with regular feedback, coach staff to daily processing and data entry goals, and handle customer escalations to achieve immediate resolution. This role involves engaging in team-building activities, providing program-specific training, creating and delivering plans to meet and exceed KPI’s, testing customer service databases and processes, and providing continuous improvement suggestions. The supervisor will also evaluate current procedures and work with internal teams to implement improvements, along with performing other duties as assigned.
