A High School Diploma is required. The ability to work Monday-Wednesday 11:30am - 8:00pm EST and Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-6:30pm EST is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive Call Center, strong organization and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, customer service experience, and prior patient prescription records or pharmacy work experience.
The Senior Coordinator, Pharmacy Operations Call Center will manage incoming temperature event alerts, triage issues directly with pharmacy teams to mitigate potential temperature excursions, and support patient safety best practices. This role involves viewing patient safety as paramount, collaborating with remote pharmacy teams, and creatively problem-solving cold chain storage issues using provided materials.
