Requirements

Responsibilities

The Processing Specialist will review, assess, and perform data entry for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools. This includes aligning processing determinations and escalated actions with client-specific written instructions and adapting processing behaviors based on feedback or rule changes. The specialist will be responsible for achieving assigned production and quality goals, utilizing basic computer skills to interpret performance reports, and performing other office/clerical duties as assigned.
