Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 5 years specifically leading IGA programs. A background in product ownership or management of security technologies is required, along with experience in developing IGA strategies and architectures within large enterprises. Hands-on expertise with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity is essential. Knowledge of access control principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards is necessary, as is experience in mentorship and presenting technical topics. Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

The Director, Identity Governance & Administration will define and lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of IGA capabilities, serving as the primary product owner and liaison for IGA solutions. This role involves leading an IGA team, overseeing the selection, implementation, and optimization of IGA technologies, and integrating automation and AI to enhance efficiency and risk management. Responsibilities also include establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide access control policies, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA while managing identity-related risks.
