Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, planning, time management, and organizational skills are required, along with computer proficiency and a valid driver's license. The ability to travel up to 25% and legally operate a motor vehicle is necessary. The employee must reside within a 50-mile radius of Miami, FL, or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory, which covers dealerships throughout the Southeast Region.
The Customer Resource Manager will develop and innovate solutions to enhance the customer experience, taking full ownership of customer issues from initial contact to resolution. Responsibilities include utilizing communication and problem-solving skills to optimize workflow, analyzing customer and dealer data to support process improvements, and managing interactions with the Customer Assistance Center and retail field partners. This role involves coordinating empowerment and goodwill initiatives, leading training on available tools, attending dealer and field team meetings, and acting as the Regional Liaison with external agencies, including attending hearings or depositions as needed.
