The Customer Operations Specialist will identify and implement process enhancements to streamline invoicing and reporting. They will process customer timesheets to generate accurate invoices, create and maintain custom reports for clients, and collaborate with the business operations team to improve administrative workflows. This role also involves addressing and resolving invoicing and timesheet discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal and customer SOPs, and assisting with the development of SOPs for payment processes.
